We understand that some parents may wish to become involved in the centre operation and activities (and you will be most welcome) while other parents may have limited time available due to work and home commitments.

Hampton Cottage is your centre and we will respect and support your decision to use it as you wish. You may be able to share your skills and experiences in music, craft, cooking or storytelling etc, to enhance all the children’s programs at the centre. Please complete your availability or whatever you can offer the centre on the enrollment form.

Parents are welcome at the centre at any time. Please feel free to phone at any time during the day to talk to the Director or your child’s teacher about any concerns regarding your child’s care at Hampton Cottage. We have a grievance policy if you would like to formally raise any concerns.
