Welcome to the first step of your child’s education.
Starting at childcare is an important milestone for a child and a big step for parents too.
Childcare center on the Liverpool, NSW can get full fast and thinking well ahead is a wise move if you want your child to attend the childcare of your choice. It is a good idea to register your child early, you don’t even have to be thinking about returning to work yet, but there might be a long waiting list if you don’t. If you register early, you will have options later.
Once you have decided on a childcare center, it’s now time to make an appointment and take a tour of the center. This is also the chance for parents to meet the staff of your child’s room and chat about any concerns you may have or special requirements your child needs.
See below for a list of personal information you will have to provide when enroling your child at Hampton Cottage:
- Your child’s personal details
- Information about yourself, dad, carers or guardians
- Nominated parents, carers, friends who can pick up your child
- Your child’s health and medical information
- Immunizations (all childcare center require this)
- Center link reference number for a child attending childcare
- Child’s birth certificate
- Payment options (at Hampton Cottage we offer direct debit, EFTPOS or credit card). Always consider what is the best option for you, sometimes it can get quite busy around drop off and pick up time.

- At the time of enrollment Hampton Cottage will give you an enrollment pack, this is filled with all sorts of information about our childcare center policies, what your child will need each day and the educational and nutrition programs we offer.
